PURPOSE:To prevent a ceramic green sheet on the lower layer side from elongating when ceramic green sheets are press-bonded while being laminated, and provide a laminated body of ceramic green sheets of a high laminating precision. CONSTITUTION:A supporting film 11 is peeled by a peeler 32 from a ceramic green sheet 1 on the uppermost layer of a laminated body of green sheets 1 which are lamianted on a lamination table 3. On the bottom of the peeler 32, a cooling jacket 38 comprising a container with flexibility is provided. Through the cooling jacket 38, cooling water circualtes by a cooling water entrance 37 and cooling water exit 36. During the motion of the peeler 32 to peel the supporting film 11, the cooling jacket 38 comes into contact with the supporting film 11, and cools the ceramic green sheet 1 under it through said film 11. |
