PURPOSE:To provide a method for recycling a resin component in which an operating efficiency is improved, safety of a molding operation is improved, and a recycled molded product having excellent external appearance quality and rigidity can be obtained. CONSTITUTION:A waste resin component is finely pulverized, finely pulverized waste material 14 is sealed in a fiber sheet bag 13 formed of a fiber sheet, the bag 13 is preliminarily heated, then set in molds 10, 11, 12, and hot-pressed. The bag 13 is formed by so sewing the sheet along a peripheral end of a product 16, and a metered material 14 is sealed. The product 16 is formed of a three-layer structure having a base material and fiber-reinforced plastic layers disposed at both sides of the material, and its rigidity can be effectively improved without increasing its thickness. |
