<p>PURPOSE:To provide an image forming method for obtaining an excellent quality image, even if a plane paper is used, with a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:In the image forming method for providing art image carrier 1 made of a translucent optical semiconductor material and a developing roll 5 forming a magnetic brush and irradiating the rear surface of the image carrier 1 with an optical signal, to develop a toner image on the surface of the image carrier 1, a magnetic developer obtained by mixing charge magnetic toner consisting essentially of binding resin and magnetic powder and constituted so as to obtain >=10<13>OMEGA.cm volume resistivity and 5-20mum average grain diameter with a magnetic carrier constituted so that the maximum magnetization sigma1000 in 1kOe magnetic field is 61-100emu/g, volume resistivity is <=10<10>OMEGA.cm and average grain diameter is 10-100mum is used.</p> |
