PURPOSE:To perform digital sound recording while removing a soundless period without performing a soundless compression processing by continuously and circularly writing in a buffer memory and transferring only the data written in the buffer memory in a sound period to a main memory. CONSTITUTION:A sound recording control circuit 9 is started in a sound identification circuit 8 when the output with a prescribed threshold value or above of an A/D converter 2 is continued for a prescribed time. The write in a main memory 3 is made possible while the sound recording control circuit 9 is operated, and an address counter 7 is operated. Then, the data read out from the buffer memory 4 are written on an address position specified by the address counter 7 only while the sound recording control circuit 9 is operated. Thus, the output of the A/D converter 2 is written in the main memory 3 only in the sound period. A nearly 1 second delay exists from the point of time of the output of the A/D converter to the point of time of the write to the main memory, and since judgement in the sound identification circuit 8 is performed in the delay time, no head of initial sound is cut. |
