A low-lying cam shaft (13) has a cam lobe (10) to cooperate with a lifter (1) which is in turn provided with a thrust bar (1) and a swinging arm (27) to allow it to operate a valve compressed by a spiral spring (22) for closing (20), for premature or delayed opening (20) there is a control case (2) which is a hollow body and contains a spring (14) and a piston (4) disposed in a radial fashion. - The damper defines a chamber (12) having a vol. which is varied by an axial displacement of the case on the mantle surface of which is provided an axially disposed track (8) linking with the engine lubricating feed (11). |
