The invention relates to a device for detecting danger on the roads which may have a system for detecting the reactions of the driver and the circumstances of movement of the vehicle. The reactions of preservation and fear of the driver, translated by emanations of bodily bioelectromagnetism and physical forces and contractions manifesting themselves externally, may be detected by devices which may be on or in the objects of the vehicle which are in permanent contact with the body of the driver (steering wheel for example). All of the detections supported by high speed of motion, accompanied by high inertia, may set off pneumatic devices which may allow the vehicle to be braked via a highly adherent surface of the pneumatic devices for contacting the ground, steering of the vehicle via torsion of the corresponding pneumatic devices, and may allow stability via a balancing of the functions of the pneumatic devices. The surface for contact between vehicle and ground via pneumatic devices may be a highly adherent surface which can maintain the trajectory of the vehicle via devices which oppose skidding and which may maintain the applications of the invention to the trajectory of movement of the vehicle (for example caterpillar tracks or small-diameter wheels situated on the lower surface of the pneumatic devices). <IMAGE>
