PURPOSE:To heighten reliability in connection by preventing separation of a soldering terminal in a connecting part of a flexible film connected to a metallic lead. CONSTITUTION:A width of a soldering terminal of a pattern of copper foil 7 in a connecting part 11 with a metallic lead 4 of a flexible film 10 is set not less than a dimension obtained by adding a plate thickness of twice the metallic lead to a width of the metallic lead 4. Thereby, a solder fillet part 12 is formed on the left and right ends of the metallic lead 4, and peeling strength is secured, so that separation can be prevented. |
