The plug includes a circular head (2) with two anchoring spikes (3) and two diametrically opposed and perpendicular slots (2.3). These slots define two cutting strips (4) constituting two half-rings (4.1) (4.2) folded back in a plane which is perpendicular and symmetric with respect to the head of the plug and coming end to end to define the cylindrical collar (4.3) of the plug. Each half-ring is extended by a pair of two arms (5, 6) which is itself extended by a shaped plate (7, 8) with various characteristics, dimensions and functions. The set of plates (7 and 8) define the tapped cage (9) for the passage of a tool with a view to allowing the arms to be folded back and the plug to be anchored. <IMAGE>
