PURPOSE:To enable the specific positions of multiple electronic parts to be simultaneously and precisely coated with specific amount of viscous material for enhancing the productivity of the electronic parts. CONSTITUTION:The electronic parts to be coated with a viscous material are arranged on a part carrier base 11. A cable body 3 is guided and run along the circulating path passing through a viscous material 2 filled in a viscous material vessel 1 and the positions in electronic parts to be coated with the viscous material 2 using a driving roller 5, guide rollers 6, 7, 8 and a controller 9. Through these procedures, the cable body 3 immersed in the viscous material 2 contained in the viscous material vessel 1 to make the viscous material 2 adhere to the cable body 3 is guided to the part carrier base 11 later so as to coat the specific positions of the electronic part (a) with the viscous material 2. |
