An object commodity discriminating means (11 and 12), a discount information storage control means (11 and 12), a discount information storing control means (11, 12, 31, and 32), a discrimination code printing control means (11 and 12), a preceding discount information read control means (11, 12, 31, and 32), and a discount processing execution permitting means (11 and 12) are provided, and discount information is held when the discount success condition was not satisfied in the preceding transaction, and the customer can receive the discount service in the current transaction if the requirement lacking for the discount success condition in the preceding transaction is met in the current transaction. |
