PURPOSE:To eliminate a need of entry on a conventional fault processing slip to reduce the burden to an operator and to accurately transmit information for the occurrence of a fault to a service man. CONSTITUTION:Countermeasure information items corresponding to patterns of faults are shown in a pattern table 3. The maintenance history of each part is stored in a maintenance history storage part 4, If some taunt occurs in a bankbook/bond issue device 11, a fault detecting part 2 detects the fault and reports it to a fault information control part 15. The fault information control part 15 refers to the pattern table 3 to inspect a countermeasure information item corresponding to the fault. The maintenance history corresponding to the inspected countermeasure information item is taken out from the maintenance history storage part 4 and is outputted. |
