<p>PURPOSE:To accomplish a grommet at a low cost forming either of the car body side fit part and door side fit part separately from a tube part, and furnishing the fit part with a connection part for generating a connection with the tube part. CONSTITUTION:In a single piece construction, a car body side fit part 13 is formed at one end of a tube part 12 which is formed in bellows, and thereby a tubing body 11 is accomplished, wherein a joining part 17 having a joining hole 17a continuously formed at a hole in the tube part 12 is furnished at the other end of the tube part 12. In this part 17, a piece for locating 18 is formed which is protruding downward. Either of the fit part 13 and a door side fit part 20 is formed separately from the tube part 12, and a connection part 17 is provided for connecting the applicable fit part with the tube part 12. Thereby the tube part 2 which is comparatively large, is made common for the left and right to be fabricated with one die, and the fit parts comparatively small having different shapes for the left and right are fabricated with two different dies. This allows reducing the cost.</p> |
