<p>PURPOSE:To provide a gas insulated switchgear in which the overall height can be shortened while facilitating maintenance, inspection, and repair of circuit breaker. CONSTITUTION:A tubular base part 2d for fixing a circuit breaker is provided, while projecting vertically, at a position close to the lower end on the side face of a main element vessel 2 and bus side tubular base parts 2a, 2b are provided above the tubular base part 2d. The bus side tubular base parts 2a, 2b are then connected through insulation spacers 5, 6 with bus side element containers 3, 4 containing bus conductors 10, 11 and bus side disconnectors DSB1, DSB2. A circuit breaker CB is fixed to the tubular base part 2d with the central axis directing in the horizontal direction and a box 31 containing the operating unit of the circuit breaker CB is disposed below the bus side element container 4.</p> |
