The invention relates to a kneading machine designed to form portions of bread dough comprising a conveyor belt (1) on which there moves obliquely a shaping partition consisting of two independent plates (4 and 5), of which one, inclined plate (4), forms an angle of less than 90 DEG with the surface of the belt (1) and has a lower edge parallel to this surface and close to it, while the other plate or upper plate (5), substantially parallel to the surface of the belt (1), presses via one of its longitudinal edges on the surface of the inclined plate (4).
