<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the touch input system which reduces the load on a host computer and increases the processing speed of the host computer by judging both the effectiveness of touch operation and a request in a touch panel device. CONSTITUTION:A touch ID table set in the touch panel device 1 from the host computer 3 is obtained by a touch ID table acquiring means and touch coordinates are obtained by a touch coordinate acquiring means on the basis of a beam number obtained by a beam number acquiring means; and a touch ID acquiring means compares it with the touch ID table to perform conversion into a touch ID, and only an effective touch ID is informed to the host computer 3.</p> |
