PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which has a large dielec tric constant, presents a large unloaded Q, and generates a small thermal change in the resonance frequency. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric ceramic composition is prepared by including Na and/or K in an amount of 1.70wt.% as per oxide conversion in an oxide which is given by the composition exp. that Ba(Nd1-x-ySmxBiy)2+ATi4+BO12+3A/2+2B, where 0<=x<=0.8, 0.1<=y<=0.4, -0.5<=A<=+0.5, -0.5<=B<=+0.5, provided that 0.1<=x+y<=1. |
