PURPOSE:To utilize backup information when the backup information is necessary, and to reduce the cost and decrease the transfer amount of the backup information. CONSTITUTION:When information is recorded on terminals 2 and 4 other than a terminal 3 which issues a recording medium such as an optical card 31, the information is backed up on the terminal where the information is recorded and information on the terminal name and the name of the backup file is transferred to the terminal 3 which issues the information; when the information is restructured, the backed-up information is transferred from the terminal where the recording is performed by referring to the information on the terminal name and file name, so that the information is restructured. |
