PURPOSE:To use a device efficiently by obtaining a stable migration image. CONSTITUTION:The title device is provided with a first roller 3 with surface- layer portion of a flexible water-absorption substance, a second roller 4 of a non-water-absorption substance for pressing the roller 3, a buffer liquid container 5 for storing a buffer liquid 1, for example a pump 6 for maintaining the buffer liquid 1 inside the container constantly, a piping system 8 including a buffer liquid storage tank 7, and a control part 11 which is an electrical system for controlling the operation of the rollers 3 and 4 at a proper time interval and for a proper amount of time or continuously. Only the first roller 3 has a surface-layer part consisting of sponge, etc., and the certain portion of the roller is dipped into the buffer liquid 1. For example, the roller 3 is moved by a motor 10 for driving at a proper time interval and for a proper amount of time when the title device is not operating, thus preventing the crystallization of the buffer liquid at a part which is not dipped into the buffer liquid 1 of the first roller 3 and hence unifying the concentration of the buffer liquid 1 contained in the first roller 3 and eliminating the need for washing the roller together which was needed before. |
