PURPOSE:To provide the file system information controller which automatically recovers the mismatching of a file system at the time of re-actuation after a system down state. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 6 when writing file system information in its internal memory space writes the file system information in a battery backup memory 3 and writes the file system information in the battery backup memory 3 on a magnetic disk 5 as an external storage device at the system end to update the file system information. When the system ends normally, a system normal end flag is set in the battery backup memory 3. Then when the system is restarted, the system normal end flag is checked, and when the normal end flag is not set, initialization is performed after the system file information in the battery backup memory 3 is written directly in the external storage device 5, thereby automatically recovering the consistency of the file system. |
