<p>PURPOSE:To provide an electroconductive powder and paste which are stable and mass-manufacturable and can be yielded at a low cost by using as a parent material a Ni powder which can be acquired at the lowest cost, and using as a covering material an alloy powder of Pd expensive and Ag acquirable at a relatively low cost. CONSTITUTION:Ag-Pd alloy powder having particle sizes between 0.05-20mum (Pd content between 30-99wt.%) is mixed in a mix proportion of 50:50 thru 99:1, and the resultant is pressed to the surfaces of Ni powder or Ni alloy powder having particle sizes between 0.3-100mum mechanically to cause fusion by the dry solid phase method so that electroconductive powder is prepared, and 100 parts by wt. such electroconductive powder, 5-100 parts by wt. organic binder, and a certain content of modifier are set dispersedly in a solvent of a content between 0 to 200 pts.wt.</p> |
