PURPOSE:To measure the position more precisely by three-dimensionally measuring the position based on the Doppler data of two orbits of satellite signals. CONSTITUTION:A one-orbit two-dimensional position measuring system is additionally installed with an initial position setting means 6 for setting the initial position of the two-orbit three-dimensional position measurement, a Doppler collecting means B7, and a two-orbit position measuring means 8. The collecting means B7 collects the Doppler data of a satellite on a orbit separate from that of the satellite collected by a Doppler collecting means A3, and the position measuring means 8 performs the two-orbit three-dimensional position measurement by concurrently using the Doppler data collected by the collecting means B7 and the Doppler data already collected by the collecting means A3. The altitude can be obtained in addition to the two-dimensional data, and the position measured result with higher precision is obtained. |
