PURPOSE:To prevent the hunting of an effective power output and a voltage applied to a coil and to prevent a bad influence on a power system. CONSTITUTION:A superconducting stationary energy storage apparatus is composed of an effective-power controller 1A, of a reactive-power controller 2A, of a control-mode changeover device 3, of a superconducting coil current limiter 4 and of a power changeover device 5. Then, the current limiter 4 outputs a limitation signal to the effective-power controller 1A and the reactive-power controller 2A when a current to the power changeover device 5 is limited. The effective-power controller 1A and the reactive-power controller 2A make inputs of integrators 13, 23 zero by the limitation signal from the current limiter 4, it sets the outputs of the integrator 13 to an effective power target value Ps, and it sets the output of the integrator 23 to a reactive-power target value Qs. Thereby, when the current limitation of a coil is released and returned again to the simultaneous control mode of an effective-power output and a reactive-power output, the effective power output P becomes equal to the effectivepower target value Ps, and the generation of hunting is prevented. |
