HEAT SINK AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To provide a heat sink in which a large amount of heat can be absorbed in spite that the capacity of the heat sink is comparatively small. CONSTITUTION:A heat sink is composed of a heat sink body 2 onto which a heat generating device is tightly attached and whose inside is hollow and a paraffin sealed hermetically inside the heat sink body 2, and the body 2 is provided with a plurality of honeycomb materials in the inside thereof and the paraffin is sealed among the honeycomb materials. In addition, a flexible thin plate part is prepared on a part of a fixing surface of the body and it is moved in correspondence to the change in volume of the paraffin.
