PURPOSE:To provide a heat resisting electric wire displaying excellent flexibility and electric characteristics even in a high temp. environment. CONSTITUTION:An inclined alloy layer 3 is provided on a conductor 1 made of copper, copper alloy, or copper-based composite metal, and an aluminum oxide film 2 is furnished on the periphery of this inclined alloy layer 3. Further to the periphery thereof, an inorganic high-polymer solution containing inorganic substance powder is applied and baked fast 4, or otherwise, upon winding inorganic fibers, the inorganic high-polymer solution is applied and baked fast. |
