PURPOSE:To form electrode layers in a pattern form and to arrange spacers in parts where these electrode layers are not formed so that noises are not generated in the visible image formed on the information recording medium, an optical sensor and the information recording are not damaged and dielectric breakdown is not generated in spite of impression of a high voltage to the spacer parts and the degradation in image quality is prevented if the material of the spacers is specified. CONSTITUTION:The information recording medium 20 formed by laminating an information recording layer 23 consisting of a liquid crystal phase and a resin phase on the electrode layer 22 and the optical sensor 10 having a photoconductive layer 13 on the electrode layer 12, at least either of which is formed as a transparent electrode, are arranged to face each other on the optical axis via the spacers 30 and information is exposed in the state of impressing the voltage between both electrodes to orient the liquid crystal phase according to the information exposure, by which the information recording is executed. At least either of the electrode layer of the optical sensor 10 or the information recording medium 20 is formed in the pattern form and the pacers are arranged in the parts where the electrodes are not formed. |
