PURPOSE:To enable the use of a liquid crystal element under sun light and to easily produce a liquid crystal element flexible or large in area at low cost by forming a transparent conductive film comprising lots of transparent conductive particles bonded with a polymer binder on the surface of a transparent resin substrate which shows absorptibity of UV rays. CONSTITUTION:The transparent conductive substrate S consists of a transparent resin substrate having UV absorptivity and a transparent conductive film 2 formed on the surface of the substrate 1. This transparent conductive film 2 consists of lots of transparent conductive particles 21 bonded with a polymer binder 22. The transparent resin material having UV absorptivity is obtd. by mixing and kneading a UV absorbent, UV stabilizer, or the like in a resin, and then formed into a flexible film or sheet or a solid plate according to the purpose of the transparent conductive substrate. Kinds of resins to form the transparent resin substrate can be properly changed according to the purpose, shape, etc., of the transparent resin substrate. |
