PURPOSE:To provide a method for fixing an fixed data of a state transition diagram in the designing of a synchronizing circuit. CONSTITUTION:This unfixed data fixing method is provided with a decoder 1 for decoding a state transition diagram output outputted from a flip flop 11 and the 1st and 2nd gates 2a, 2b or the like for executing gate processing based upon decoded outputs from the decoder 1 and converting respective processing results into plural input signals to a state transition logical circuit 10 and constituted so that the 1st and 2nd gates 2a, 2b or the like are respectively provided with an AND condition function and a DON'T CARE signal included in the plural input signals is always fixed to '0' to reduce a state transition logic function. |
