<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to shorten the time period from load break to steady operation by controlling set values by digital operation and switching set values without performing set value operations at load break. CONSTITUTION:A speed set value operation unit 11 performs operations of speed set values in a specified sampling cycle according to the commands to increase or decrease the set values. The operation unit then produces the output of the operation results as speed set values. Constants used in operations and the results of operations are read from and written into internal memory 12. The internal memory 12 contains regions to write the result of the latest operation, the upper and lower limit values that act as limits to operation results, the speed rating of a speed governor, and operation constants thereinto. When given a set value initialization command, a detection signal for the breaking operation of a breaker 3, or an operation stop signal for the speed governor, the speed set value operation unit 11 takes rated values as an operation result without performing ordinary set value operations, and forces a speed set value to be a rated value.</p> |
