<p>PURPOSE:To provide a highly reliable IC card which can be easily and automatically assembled in a simple production process by securing an electric contact between a flexible sheet connected to a circuit substrate and a conductor panel and then shielding the circuit substrate. CONSTITUTION:The flexible sheets 2 and 3 are attached having a flexure on both sides of a circuit substrate 12 by soldering. Then, the earth line or the GND terminal of the substrate 12 is connected to the circuit wirings of both sheets 2 and 3 respectively. The he substrate 12 is fixed to a frame 1 and at the same time the upper and lower panels 14 and 15 are adhered on both sides of the frame 1. A flexible film is partly removed at the flexure apexes of both sheets 2 and 3, and the wiring layers of both sheets 2 and 3 are exposed and electrically touch the panels 14 and 15 respectively. The earth line of the substrate 12 is electrically connected to both panels 14 and 15 respectively, and the substrate 12 is shielded.</p> |
