<p>PURPOSE:To provide a maintenance-free guide line cartridge employing a noncontact power supply system which can be laid with high workability while ensuring safety of workers. CONSTITUTION:Base bodies 17 are arranged at a predetermined interval in the recess of a bracket 16 having C-shaped cross-section and a bracket 19 planted with a hanger 18, having a recess 18A at the tip thereof, is arranged on the base body 17. A claw 21A of a cover 21, fitted longitudinally with a guide line 20, is then inserted into the recess 18A of each hanger 18 and an epoxy resin layer 23 added with sand is formed in the recess of the bracket 16 thus securing the guide line 20. Since noncontact power supply is realized for a coil P arranged closely, conventional abrasion of feeder rail and current collector is eliminated resulting in a maintenance-free cartridge. Furthermore, safety of workers is ensured because firing due to spark is eliminated and the work efficiency is enhanced because the guide line 20 can be laid by simply placing the cartridge on the floor face.</p> |
