PURPOSE:To provide a guiding route display device for vehicles for which a guiding route can be easily set by providing an information processing means for searching the guiding route between positions based on position information inputted from a position input means provided with a pressure sensitive function. CONSTITUTION:A user superimposes a transparent or translucent position input means 108 on a display means 107, presses a departure place section and then presses a destination section. Thus, the information processing means 103 calculates relation with the positions on a map from the positions pressed on the position input means 108 and obtains the positions of a departure place and a destination on the map. After two places on the map are decided in such a manner, the guiding route is searched and a route is displayed with a thick line as a result. The departure place and the destination can be inputted simply by pressing them with a finger. Further, the guiding route can be set by keeping pressing the input means so as to trace roads projected to the display means with finger as well. |
