The invention relates to a penile sheath in the form of a film making it possible to channel urine from the male sex organ to any container. The sheath according to the invention makes it possible to hermetically protect a membrum virile and channel urine from the urethra (urinary canal) to any container, without using fastening seals or adhesives. It comprises six parts: part one, which is a narrow and thick inextensible tube, part two which is the extension of part one but which widens slightly, part three, which is the extension of the two former parts, is an abrupt widening of the tube to a diameter greater than or equal to the diameter of the glans of the patient, part four, which is the extension of the three former parts, is a small cylinder with a length and diameter greater than or equal to the aforementioned glans, part five is an abrupt narrowing of the tube in order to reach a diameter less than that of the penis to be enclosed, part six, which is the extension of the former five, in the form of a cylinder with a diameter less than that of the penis to be enclosed.
