<p>PURPOSE:To prevent cracks which are liable to be generated from corner parts of a cavity hole as starting points, in a ceramic green sheet which has a cavity hole and is repared to obtain a ceramic multilayered circuit board with a cavity. CONSTITUTION:In a ceramic multilayered circuit board 11 with a cavity, corner parts 13 of the cavity 12 is formed to be round in a planar shape. Thereby, generation of cracks is prevented at the corner parts of a cavity hole of a ceramic green sheet which is prepared to obtain a multilayered circuit board 11.</p> |
