METHOD FOR EVALUATING WRINKLE GENERATED AT THE TIME OF FORMING CURVED SURFACE BY COMPUTER

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a method for evaluating a wrinkle generated at the time of forming the curved surface of glass or the like by means of a computer capable of executing analysis at a high speed without losing analytical accuracy and attaining quick evaluation. CONSTITUTION:This evaluating method is constituted of a step 200 for dividing an analytical object being a glass product specified from inputted curved surface shape data into plural meshes to be analyzing fine elements, a step 400 for applying load to each mesh-divided fine element by regarding the object as an elastic object and executing operation using a displacing method for forcedly and elastically deforming the object to a plane shape and a step 600 for finding out the rate of a change between the surface area of each fine element in the initial analytical object and that of each fine element in the analytical object deformed to the plane shape and evaluating the degree of a wrinkle generated at the time of working the curved surface of the analytical object.
