PURPOSE:To enable line connection between a portable telephone set and a line connection device to be performed even when no position registration operation is performed by a user carrying the portable telephone set after roaming out from a radio zone where the user is located at present. CONSTITUTION:A line controller 1 reads out the arranging information of a fixed machine 2-5 which manages the radio zone where the portable telephone set 3 is located, for example, (01, 01) from the position information of the portable telephone set 3 registered on a storage device 12 when it is desired to perform the line connection with the portable telephone set 3 of destination. The controller calls the portable telephone set 3 by sending an incoming call signal sequentially to the fixed machines 2-1 to 2-9 which manage the radio zones neighboring to the fixed machine 2-5 centering about it based on the information. Therefore, since the incoming call signal is transmitted by radio from the fixed machine 2 which manages the radio zone of a moving destination even when the portable telephone set 3 is moved separately from a registered radio zone, it is possible to perform the line connection by radio to the portable telephone set 3 even without performing a registration operation by the user after moving. |
