PURPOSE: To provide a measurement method to obtain the density of a specific hemoglobin adduct in a blood sample with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION: The measurement method and device of a specific hemoglobin adduct in a blood sample, comprises a process for assaying a blood sample, on the total amount of hemoglobin existing in the sample, a process for assaying the blood sample by using an assaying method which is specialized to the hemoglobin adduct whose concentration is to be measured, and which easily generates the deviation on the basis of the total amount of the hemoglobin in the blood sample, a process for normalizing the measured value of the hemoglobin adduct to the total amount of the hemoglobin in the sample, and a process for obtaining the corrected concentration of the hemoglobin adduct, by dividing the normalized concentration of the hemoglobin addust by the total hemoglobin concentration. |
