PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of blister and breakage of a blade member by arranging a scraper so as to come into contact with a magnetic material roller disposed in a waste toner tank by having an angle with the axial center of rotation of this roller. CONSTITUTION:The waste toner tank for recovering the waste toners scraper 17 at off by a cleaning blade in sliding contact with a photosensitive body is internally provided with the magnetic material roller 16 and the scraper 17 is pressed by inclining the scraper 17 at the angle alpha with the axial center O of rotation of the magnetic material roller 16. Force F generated by a projection C is divided to components of force F1, F2 if there is the projecting C to serve as a load concentrating part. The force F2 to peel up the scraper 17 attains F2=FXCOSalpha. The F2 decreases by about 13.4% if, for example, alpha=30 deg.. The defect to maximize the peeling and torque excess is eliminated by adequately setting the angle alpha by the contact pressure of the scraper 17 and the thickness of the scraper 17. |
