<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an indirectly heated thermistor in which the temperature change of a thermistor element is large, which is small and whose surface mounting can be performed. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 4, 4 for a thick-film resistance 2 and electrodes 4, 4 for a thick-film thermistor 3 are printed on an insulating substrate 1 so as to make one pair as one set, respectively.
