<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the work by manpower of hospital window business and to improve the service to clients by registering an acceptance number and a message and calculating and displaying the average wait time for which the client must wait till the processing of the acceptance number. CONSTITUTION:A personal computer, an electronic notebook, a handy terminal, or the like capable of input of KANA (Japanese syllabary) and KANJI (Chinese character) for input of numbers, names, and messages is used as an input device 10, and this device 10 is provided with a function to calculate the wait time of reservation, a function to register and change the message, and a command generating function to control the display, and all of the display on a display device 30 can be controlled on the input side. Since the input device 10 and the display device 30 are connected by a radio interface 20, installation places are easily moved. The display device 30 registers the message transferred from the input side in a memory and can repeatedly display it, and the display can be attractive because the display system capable of indicating telop display attribute, enlargement, and emphasis is adopted.</p> |
