Alarm system for mounting on easily movable objects

An alarm system is proposed for easily movable objects, in particular bicycles (bikes), skis, prams and suitcases, which is optimised for the particular requirements of this application. It can be activated and deactivated easily and rapidly by means of a keyboard-operated combination lock; it detects theft situations by means of a vibration sensor (movement sensor) which reacts independently of the direction; the signals of this sensor are intermediately stored and analysed for theft-typical patterns in order to reduce the number of false alarms (spurious alarms); it is easy to mount even at a later date, a specific mounting direction not having to be ensured; the mounting parts are protected against sabotage and the system is moisture-tight as a result of the use of a keypad (membrane keyboard). The method used for distinguishing theft-typical and theft-untypical patterns in the sensor signal is flexible and can be matched to different types of signal patterns.
