The heat conducting system, contains two heat conductors (2,3) in mutual varial thermal contact. One contact surface is curved (6) and the other's shape is different from the negative shape of the curvature. At least one conductor (3) is elasticaly deformed by forces so that a larger or smaller part of its surface matches the negative shape of the contact surface of the other. The deformation is controlled by an element (7) mounted on a holder and itself able to be deformed by a controlling electrical parameter. USE/ADVANTAGE - Primarily for use in equipment with low power losses. Suitable for inclusion in a temp. control loop under defined conditions.
