Profile cleaning device for wheels, tyres and tracks

A method for improving the driving safety of motor vehicles, aeroplanes and other vehicles by means of a "profile cleaning device" for wheels, tyres and tracks is proposed. While driving, when required the wheels, tyres, tracks, the running surface and the profile can be cleaned (of water, snow, dirt, stones or other particles by the action of a jet of compressed air or else a heated jet of compressed air or jet of pressurised fluid with the addition of profile-cleaning agents and/or surface bonding agents). A further application is in agriculture machinery, machinery for the construction industry, refuse dumper vehicles, gravel work vehicles, off-road vehicles or other vehicles which do not travel exclusively on a firm underlying surface, for removing baked-on dirt, stones from tyres, tracks, profiles, before travelling on a made-up public road.
