Cold chambers serve for example for cooling composite materials in order to be able to separate the materials from one another materially. The cold chambers are in general stationary and have solid walls and ceilings. For the purpose of making possible short-term use in any places of use, walls and ceiling of the chamber are designed as a double-walled tent. The interspace (4) between inner tent (2) and outer tent (3) is flowed through by evaporated cooling gas. <IMAGE>
