摘要 The traditional shape control of ships' frames, deck beams etc. is carried out using templates which are often prepared in accordance with loft lines. The production of control templates is very costly. A further disadvantage is that only the accuracy of the shape can be checked using the control templates. It is further known that profiles are shaped using the method of the inverted line. The disadvantage of this method is that longitudinal and transverse shrinkage influence the dimensional accuracy of the degree of shaping. The invention seeks to provide a remedy. The invention is based on the problem of providing a device for the digital control of shaped profiles, in particular of ships' frames, deck beams, etc. which makes possible the control of their accuracy as regards shape and their dimensional stability by measuring the profile contour at the moulding edge at arbitrarily freely selectable distances. The measurement itself is controlled using a computer (eg. a PC) and is evaluated in a manner suitable for the data by means of specially prepared software.
