The support frame (15) links the two shaped plugs (12,32) over which the necks of the respective containers are located. A blade (42) slides in a profiled guide (44) to control the flow of material through the main plug. A secondary blade (43a) is a side arm of the main blade and slides in a guide (33) over the secondary plug. The single handed operated blade assembly is pulled aside to allow dispensing of the two viscous material. When the required amount has been dispensed through each plug the blade is pushed back cutting off both flows. The blade has a main cutting edge (41) and a secondary cutting edge (51) to cut through the viscous flows. The material is pushed out of both containers by a linked plunger system. The whole assembly held in a support frame and the operator is able to dispense a controlled amount of mixture by a single handed operation.
