<p>PURPOSE:To improve the maintainability and reliability of an operatorless power station by accumulating the number of normal stops of the station, and feeding a field breaker tripping instruction upon occurrence of predetermined number of the stops to thereby inspect the operating circuit of the breaker to enable automatic inspection of the field breaker. CONSTITUTION:A step A sets the number N of normal stops to zero, step b confirms whether normal stop instruction is dispatched or not, and a step C adds 1 to N. A step D detects whether the value N is equal to the predetermined number No or larger than No, and a step E feeds a tripping instruction to a field breaker 5 when N>= No. A step F compares the time To required to open the breaker 5 from the dispatch of the instruction with the elapsed time T from the dispatch of the instruction, and a step G confirms whether the breaker 5 opens or not when T>To. When the breaker 5 is not opened in the step G, a step H judges it as malfunction. Thus, it can improve the maintainability and reliability of an operatorless power station or the like.</p> |
