<p>PURPOSE:To enable the improvement in heat efficiency and labor saving by a method in which a hot air heater is used as a heater so that the heating temperature of a steel plate is controlled at a given level, and the damage and loss of the steel plate can be prevented. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus is equipped with a control board 39, a pinch roll which is actuated by a control signal from the control board 39 and has functions of feeding a steel plate 5 intermittently and returning the plate 5 in the reverse direction, a hot air generator 10, a hot air heater with a furnace 10, a heat insulator fixing device 26 which feeds the heat insulator 8 to the steel plate 5, and a press 28 which presses the heat insulator 8 on the steel plate 5. The press 28 has the first and second press rolls 29, 30; the second press roll 30 is actuated selectively corresponding to the kind of the heat insulator 8 by a control signal from the control board 39.</p> |
