PURPOSE:To obtain the title tape excellent in reliability of insulation, adhesive properties, and heat resistance by forming an adhesive layer contg. a specific compd. on a flexible insulating film. CONSTITUTION:The tape is obtd. by forming, on at least one side of a flexible insulating film (e.g. a polyimide film), an adhesive layer which contains a silicone compd., pref. a silicone resin, still pref. a block copolymer of a crosslinked silicone with an org. resin (e.g. an epoxy resin), and pref. further contains an acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer and/or a polyamide resin. |
