CONSTITUTION:A culture solution is cooled or heated by direct use thereof as a heat collecting or radiating source of a heat pump 13. When the outside air is at a high-temperature and a high humidity, the taken in outside air is dehumidified with a heat exchanger 15 through which the cooled culture solution is passed. |
