摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an ingredient for egg-containing rice served in bowl, capable of readily obtaining the food by reheating the ingredient and only carrying the ingredient on cooked rice, free from separation of water in thawing after freezing and having feeling of hand making by putting water-containing solidified egg obtained by thermally solidifying egg in hot water on other ingredients and freezing the ingredient. CONSTITUTION:The ingredient for egg-containing rice served in bowl is obtained by pouring egg into hot water, heating the egg at 70 deg.C for 1min, taking out the solidified part to afford solidified egg containing water, adding the egg to ingredients such as branched chicken and onion together with seasoning and further, as necessary, covering the circumference with egg liquid, rapidly freezing the ingredient at -30 deg.C for 2hr and packing the frozen ingredient in a bag. This ingredient is capable of readily preparing a food by only putting the bag into boiling water and then reheating the bag and putting the contents on cooked rice and causes no separation, etc., of water in thawing after freezing and be capable of keeping definite quality and further has egg which is not too solid and not too soft and has feeling of hand making.
